Do you have a physical shop I can visit?

Yes we do. We have our racewear shop based at Mr Karting's indoor track(click here for our location).
How can I pay for my purchases online?

You can pay for your order securely online by debit card, credit card, from your bank account or from your Paypal balance. You do not have to have an account with or even register with Paypal to pay for your MKRacewear goods.

If you do not wish to order or pay online, please call us on 01926 833444 to make and pay for your order over the phone.

If you have put items in your basket but not completed the checkout process your order will be saved as 'pending' and can be paid for at a later date.

We can accept cheque, but items will not be dispatced untill the cheque is cleared. Please make cheques payable to Mr Karting Ltd
How can I contact MK Racewear?

The shop is open Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm. Saturday - Sunday 11am - 5pm(weekends can vary)
What can I do if I don't like the goods when I receive them?

If you need to return a product purchased from MKRacewear then you have 28 working days to do so.

The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to the item not being suitable, we will refund the full cost excluding the delivery charge.
What if I can't find what I am looking for?

We can also, order in all products made by Sparco, Arroxx and Arai if you dont see anything you want.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by most Debit or Credit cards, PayPal or Google Checkout.
Is a signature required on delivery?

A signature is usually required so please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package.
What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are base on the total weight of the package and we currently will only deliver to mainland UK. Please click here for our delivery prices
What if I have a complaint?

On the unlikely event you have a complaint please email or phone us and we will try to deal with the issue in a fast and professional manner. We are always trying to make your website experience smooth and easy so please contact us if you have anything you would like to see changed.
How will you use my personal information?

All information shared with MKRacewear is used to fulfil orders only and no information is shared with third parties. MKRacewear complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and Consumer Legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
