How will you use my personal information?

All information shared with MKRacewear is used to fulfil orders only and no information is shared with third parties. MKRacewear complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and Consumer Legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.

Do you have a shop I can visit?

We are online only so do not have a physical shop. If you require help with sizing there are size guides under each product on the website, we are also happy to assist over the phone or by email.

What can I do if I don't like the items i ordered?

If you need to return a product purchased from  MKRacewear  then you have 14 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to the item not being suitable, we will refund the full cost excluding the delivery charge. See Delivery information for details

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by most Debit or Credit cards, PayPal

Is a signature required on delivery?

A signature is usually required so please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for the package. In some cases we may only be able to ship to the Confirmed PayPal address

What are your delivery charges?

Our delivery charges are base on the total weight of the package and we currently will only deliver to mainland UK. If you live outside UK Mainland, please contact us with what you would like to purchase with your address and we can obtain a quote for you.

What if I have a complaint?

On the unlikely event you have a complaint please email or phone us and we will try to deal with the issue in a fast and professional manner. We are always trying to make your website experience smooth and easy so please contact us if you have anything you would like to see changed.
